When leadership is required 

UB Leading is typically engaged when:  

• commercial processes lose strategic direction 
• multiple parties are involved and accountability becomes unclear 
• responsibility must be clearly assumed at executive level 
• decision-making stall despite ongoing activity  

Scope of Engagement 

UB Leading operates under mandate and assume responsibility for defined commercial processes. The firm dose not engage in brokerage, trading or intermediary activities. All engagements are responsibility-driven and limited to clearly defined context. 

Leadership 

Mandates are led personally at executive level. Engagements are selective and intentionally limited. 
UB Leadership works where clarity is required and disengages once it is established.
